Shipping To Remote Areas Of Canada
If you are located in Nunavut, Northwest Territories or Yukon we can ship to a main freight depot to be held for pick up. Should you require delivery to your door, this requires an individual rate based on location and equipment. Please email for cost.

Shipments
We use independent shipping contractors such as Canada Post, Purolator, DHL and various commercial trucking companies. When an order arrives you to will need to sign for the delivery. Please make sure that the package is delivered in good condition. Before signing, inspect the package closely. If there is any visible damage the customer has the right to open it to inspect the contents. If there is damage to the shipment, then you must refuse the package and contact Sunfire Systems Ltd immediately.

Shipping Small Packages
This includes all equipment which can ship via courier or Canada Post. For remote locations clients will be required to pick up at the nearest courier depot unless shipped via Canada Post to their mailing address.

Freight Shipping
Equipment, such as stoves, batteries and solar panels, which requires palatalization and freight shipping will be subject to freight charges as specified at time of purchase.

At times we will run free shipping promos. Specific carriers will be chosen at our discretion.
